Refund/Return Policy

Shipping:

DUE TO COVID-19, PLEASE ALLOW ALL ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED WITHIN 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS). WE ARE DOING OUR BEST TO FULFILL ORDERS IN A TIMELY MANNER. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE, CONVENIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING. 

 

Invalid Address Policy:

Our customers will receive a courtesy email notification in the event that the carrier has deemed the recipient address to be invalid. Please note that if no response is given within 48 hours following the second attempt to contact the recipient, the parcel will be shipped out to the address given on file. 

 

NOTE: Please ensure that all Suite/Apt/Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed in ‘Address Line 2’. 

NOTE: If the recommendations above are not properly acknowledged and executed by the customer, he/she assumes all risk of not receiving his/her order.

READ CAREFULLY: no refunds or exchanges will be granted. The customer will be responsible for placing a new order to receive his or her products. 

 

Return/Exchange Policy:

No refunds, or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving a leaking product or the wrong product order. Please refer to "leaking product" and "the wrong item" policy for further instruction.

 

Leaking Product(s):

Leaking products will be defined as those products that may have been spilled due to a product defect or wrongly sealed item upon arrival to the customer's address. 

Wrong Item:

 Mutha Natur takes pride in providing exceptional service for our customers.  If you receive your order and it contains the wrong, or missing item please contact us immediately via email at [email protected]. In the email please include the following:

 

- Recipient name, order number, as well as a screenshot of your order summary.

- Also, include a photo upload as a source of proof that the wrong item was received.

 

Missing Package Policy:

If the carrier has deemed that your order has been delivered to the address on file, but you have not received it please check your respective carrier services, mailboxes, PO Boxes, surrounding neighbors addresses, leasing office and/or front desk if possible. If your parcel is still not found please contact us via email at [email protected] for further instructions on how to file a missing package claim.

Damage Goods Policy:

At Mutha Natur we do our due diligence to triple inspect each and every product before shipping out deliveries to our customers. WE ARE NOT held responsible for any items that may arrive damaged or broken. We ensure that each box is marked "FRAGILE" or "HANDLE WITH CARE" on each and every product that we deem necessary. We cannot be held accountable for the mishandling of products from carrier services and CANNOT return or exchange items for new ones. ALL damaged items can be retained by the customer, however, if you would like to receive the same product, we ask that you re-order the item you requested at the same value. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

 

READ CAREFULLY: when placing an order with us, you agree to follow the proper protocol in the event of a missing package case.

WARNING: do not place a chargeback request before reaching out to our team, as this may forget your chances of receiving a refund.
